3 pounds

I decided to weigh myself on Monday at work. After stepping off of the scale I vowed never to let Coke touch my lips again. I have since been eating broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and Coke Zero for lunch. I switched my breakfast to a yogurt and a banana. So today I was walking by the scale again. I decided to see if it made a difference yet...it did. I lost 3 pounds!! Random fact...I miss my Coke.

Good For You!!! We keep talking about eating healthier at our house but talking about it doesn't seem to change our health much, go figure.

Yes, GO JULIE! Wish I could switch to eating more healthy. I try...being a lunch lady it is hard. I am always around food!! I am not strong. Hope your job is going well.

Great job! I need to give up soda but I just can't either... Working nights makes it hard to do that. I have been trying to eat more healthy lately too. I even cooked up a batch of beans in my crockpot.
